PPM partners with the New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC,) a non-profit agency with a social mission to remove barriers to employment for citizens returning from incarceration. Jim McGreevey, former Governor of New Jersey, leads NJRC. Previously incarcerated citizens are supported to maintain gainful employment and integrate into society.

PPM provides pathways to employment and training with NJRC members through the Prisoner Reentry Program. They offer workforce development through the Governor’s Reentry Training & Employment Center. PPM works closely with the NJRC to first address and then overcome the challenges that its members face when they try to return to the workforce.  Woven into the fabric of PPM are the pillars of hard work, value, trust, and respect.
